When registering for any PCE course, you are obligated to pay the registration fee and agree to the cancellation and refund policies

Waiver of Liability

Registrants are required to agree and acknowledge that they are participating in a PCE course, and that participation in this event and any related activities is voluntary and intentional. They must fully accept responsibility for any and all injuries that occur as a result of their participation in PCE events and activities. Registrants are required to release PCE, its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, volunteers, contractors, and representatives from any and all liability. Registrants must further agree that they, their heirs, next of kin, spouse, agent, or legal representative(s) will indemnify PCE from any and all liability.
